Join us Wednesday, June 25 as we welcome Trombetta Wines' Erica Stancliff for a winemaker dinner highlighting the incredible terroir of Sonoma, California. Each course is expertly paired with a menu specially designed for this evening. Don't miss this one-night-only event with one of the most exciting boutique wineries Sonoma has to offer.

First Course:

Burrata Pugliese, Pickled Rainer Cherries, Wild Arugula, Thyme Grissini
Paired with: 2023 Trombetta Pinot Noir Rosé Sonoma Coast

Second Course:

Seared scallop, Milliken farm corn risotto, crispy speck, Basil
Paired with: 2019 Trombetta Chardonnay Petersen Sonoma Coast

Third Course:

Double Raviolo - Slow Cooked Mary's Chicken, Smoked Eggplant, Braising Jus, Herbs
Paired with: 2018 Trombetta Pinot Noir Sonoma Coast

Fourth Course:

Roasted Princess “Time Peaches” , Gelato al Mascarpone, Amaretto Cookies
Paired with: Domaine de la Cuverie Bugey-Cerdon

Tickets purchased in quantities less than four may be sat communally, in the spirit of Italian Family.
