Join us at Trattoria Trullo for a special culinary experience crafted for those seeking authentic, Italian cuisine, free of gluten. Savor four courses that celebrate fresh, seasonal ingredients & traditional flavors.
Items on this menu are made without gluten-containing ingredients; however, they are prepared in a shared kitchen.
While we take precautions, cross-contact with gluten is possible. We are not a gluten-free kitchen & cannot guarantee no cross-contact has occurred.
Our gluten free flour base includes imported Caputo Gluten Free Flour which utilizes a gluten-removed wheat starch. Unfortunately, this menu may not be suitable for those who need to avoid wheat.
Tickets: $105 per person plus tax and 20% gratuity; beverage pairing available for purchase.
Substitutions and adjustments politely declined.
Guests will be seated communally in the spirit of Italian hospitality.
